I went in back in February 2018 and told the *** my lease was up the end of April. I was showed a 2 bedroom 2 Bath model and told no apartments were available at the time and my information was taken and I was told that I would receive a call when a notice was put in. I was also told to call from time to time to check which I did. I called on Thurs 3.22.18 and was told there was a 2 '2 coming available the end of April when I called on Saturday 3.24.18 to go by to pay my app fee I was told the apt had been leased yet I never got a phone call. Technically the apt was to be leased to me not whoever they leased it too. That was unfair to me. What type of customer service is that I was lied too on top of NEVER ONCE WAS I CALLED AND THE APT WAS LEASED....WOW.......CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE KEY TO A GOOD BUSINESS AND LYING TO ME..... WELL THAT SUCKS
Contact by the Business I want an apology for being treated unfair and I want the apartment that was leased to whoever didn't deserve to have the apartment leased to them to be offered to me since I came in back in February and spoke with *** who NEVER CONTACTED ME BACK AS SHE SAID SHE WOULD
