The Paper Mill Store, Inc.

The papermill has their products poorly marked and the salesman is not familiar with the products. I wanted a card stock that was metallic on one side and regular cardstock on the inside. When I received the paper it was cardstock on both sides. When I called I was told that if I looked very closely I would see a few sparkles on the paper. I also asked for the paper I have ordered many times before. He said he could not find my previous order. I wanted an 11x17 metallic on one side and card stock on the other side. It was metallic on both sides. The best that I could do is send the paper back at my own cost, so now I have paid for the paper to be delivered and I will pay to have it returned and then pay for shipping to have the proper paper delivered.

I ordered paper from this company for a cancer charity fundraising event and the order was wrong and the only thing the company was willing to to was send me more paper that I would pay for via regular shipping. It would arrive DAYS after the invitations needed to be in the mail. The Paper Mill Store made a mistake and did nothing to try and make good. Now, we have to source the paper locally at double the cost, thus we are going to be giving less to the charity as a result. Very unfortunate and very sadden by their lack of effort or concern.
