The Palms of Archer

I put in a work order that was supposed to be completed on Saturday 11/10/2018 according to the front office person I spoke with. There is water leaking profusely inside the wall between the master bedroom and master bathroom. I am concerned there is mold inside the wall at this point because the wall is starting to smell.

This is not the first time a serious issue with the dwelling has occurred, I was without air conditioning in 90 degree weather for a week. and after 3 days the front office put a defective portable air conditioning unit in the living room to "fix" the problem until a new unit was installed.
