?When the prospect came in to tour the community they were shown a vacant 3 bedroom apartment unit which was comparable to the unit that was available that they decided to rent. We were not able to show them the exact unit as it was in the make ready process and was not ready until the prospects...
desired move in date. The prospects did however walk by the exact unit location as well as they were shown the location of the unit on the site map prior to their move in date. In regards to the two noise complaints that were brought to the attention of the leasing office, both complaints took place during the middle of the day and both issues were resolved with a friendly phone call to the upstairs neighbor. Nothing occurred at the community that was unsafe for the resident and at no point during the residents stay at the community did they inform the leasing office staff that they were concerned about their wellbeing or safety. The signed lease agreement states a lease break fee equivalent to two months’ rent as well as a 30 day notice to vacate, the residents provided the office with a one week notice to vacate. Unfortunately we are not able to issue a refund as the correct lease break fees were assessed per the signed lease agreement.
