The Painted Otter Refinishers

I hired the Painted Otter to refinish my bathtub with non-slip texture for $550. They sent a technician to my house Thursday, February , 2020 in the morning. The technician finished the job and I reviewed the work. I said there was an evident drip mark on the edge of the tub and that I wasn't satisfied with the quality. The technician apologized, said his eyes weren't as good as they used to be. Said that he would note the drip in his report and they would come back out in the next week or so to sand and repair. Said it was a simple 15 min exercise. He said I would receive a call from the company for scheduling in the next day or so. I paid him in full- the $550. I never received a call. I called them myself and there was no answer- I left a detailed voicemail. Days later I still hadn't received a call back so I called again. This time Nathan answered and he acted as though he emailed me a scheduled time. I explained that I never received an email from him. He asked that I text him my email address again. I did that immediately. He never called or texted me back. I called again- no answer. It has now been 2 weeks since the refinishing and they are ignoring my calls.
