Review: I stayed at the Four Points Rancho Cucamonga, Ca location on March 29, 2015 and experienced a horrible stay. Not only did I contact the general manager of the hotel property that the Packard Companies manage, but I also emailed the CEO of Packard, [redacted]. The service at this location was okay, but the noise levels were out of control and the front desk staff never did anything and neither did management in terms of a refund. Also, [redacted], the assistant GM of this property purposely gave me the wrong information regarding making phone calls and I was billed an additional $19.00 even though she knew the information was wrong.

Be aware this company has a proclivity for not responding to people but since they are approximately 2 miles from your office you may have to send a representative to discuss the issue in person.Desired Settlement: I paid with a debit card in the amount of $128.08 which posted to my account on 4/1/2015. However, since this issue is almost two months old or at least will be by May 29th, I would prefer the hotel gave me cash due to the inconvenience as well as the failure to respond.

Good Morning, Thanks for the email and notice of complaint. I have checked with the General Manager at this site about this matter. He has advised me that he has been very involved with this complaint from the beginning in an attempt to satisfy the guest and the inquiries from Starwood and the Revdex.com. Starwood investigated the matter with a result of no compensation to the guest. The GM has also spoke with a number of other agents with the Revdex.com regarding this matter in response to the complaint. Accordingly, we have done everything we could to resolve the concern.
