My wife and I are owed a $70 refund for property rental applications.The refund is for a rental application my wife and I completed. Property specialist did not get all the info beforehand from the Home Owners As'n, and this invalidated the contract. [redacted] assured us a check would be going out on Mon. (7/6/2015).
