If there is a rating system this business deserves an negative 3000. I didnt even get a chance to stay here. I booked this property back in Dec 2019 for the dates of 02/28/20-03/02/20 on Flipkey.com for apt 920 2bed and 2 bath. I paid the property in full by the end of Dec 2019. Eveything was all set, so it took me by surprised that I recd an email that my stay has been cancelled. No explanation of why but I will receive by full refund since the owner has cancalled but it will take several days. I was very upset because I need to find a place to stay next month. As I was seaching on various sites I found the exact same apt 920 2 bed and 2 bath on Airbnb for a much higher price than I paid. So I figured this is why they cancelled. I have to tried to contact the owner without any explanation. I recd a call from Flipkey in regards to my compliant, they said that they will no longer be doing business with this company. Just beware if you are booking with this property.
Contact by the Business I need to know why of the cancellation. I need an explanation
Hello... We understand your frustration with this issue we are also very frustrated The Company TripAdvisor/flip key..Is responsible for your booking as they had a third-party booking provider... They did not notify us of your reservation. TripAdvisor and Phillip Keely are responsible for connecting with our channel manager Octorate Octorate in the key were not sync properly on the TripAdvisor side of the platform... Please understand we are not responsible for tripadvior As TripAdvisor is a third-party software... TripAdvisor has refunded you for your stay... They have the funds you must contact TripAdvisor as you've made your reservation with TripAdvisor... Thank you

Ok I understand your frustration but that's not my problem as a consumer. When I paid the final payment received a response from your company thank u for tour payment. Which was paid way before final payment was due. Also u should have communicated to me when I sent a response of why of the cancellation. If u are dont like flipkey why r u still advertising on there. How would u like that someone cancelled your reservation without reaching out or any explanation. You need better business practices and better customer service. I have posted negative reviews on all platforms and have had people reach our a out my experience.
Yes I have also left a bad review on TripAdvisor for this... The experience has been horrible for us that's TripAdvisor has not been forthcoming... I understand your frustration thank you for your response
