HelloWe did not intend for the customer to have an unpleasant experience. We explained to the customer that we had an equipment failure that makes the product and caused a delay in delivery of the product in a timely manor. We were able to replace the equipment and offered a free tub cover for the...

inconvenience, but the customer wasn't interested. Her money has been refunded.Thank you
