The Original Horse Tack Company

I will never do business with this company again. They completely lied about the amount of time it would take to get my order to me. I explained over the phone what I needed and when. The company told me what it would cost, what company they would use (USPS), and when it would arive (days before it actually did). They ended up shipping ups ground and my package arrived late. The customer service was awful when I called to find out why my order hadn't arrived. They were super argumentative telling me that I was wrong and it was my fault for not buying the right shipping. Hello? They were the ones who recommended this shipping in the first place!!! What a horrible and unprofessional company. As an IHSA coach, I will be working to obliterate the IHSA/Horse Tack Co relationship.
