Very professional, they came within a half an hour on a stormy Saturday night (it was even valentines day) they gave us professional advice and recommendations, not even for their own benefit, it was something we had to have done elsewhere. We had sewage coming in through a downstairs shower, they fixed it immediately!! Would use again!!

The company advertises $49.95/ line in reality I paid $115 for one line from the house to street the reasoning was stupid. They do not have anything written down I didn't have a choice but to get it done. The basement was all flooded and the mechanic took advantage and charged double for one line!! Will never use again

So dissatisfied with how our problwm was taken care of. The plumber never warned us to remove our expensive computers and paperwork from the area where he was opening our main and flooded the half of our basement office. He only told us we would need a few towels. Because I was so frazzled about the situation, he rushed me into signing the contract and paying him, so now I'm out almost $2200 for damages and cleaning services. And instead of being a good, reputable business owner that would take care of his customer, he's just shrugging his shoulders and said sorry. Yeah, thanks for nothing.
