I called this company on 4/11/2019 to cancel. Cancellation number XXXXX. The gentleman I spoke to on this day, informed me that a refund would be credited back to my account in 5-7 business days. I called beck on the 17th, and was informed that he did not issue a refund and that I would only receive $8.00. The refund was for $49.47. After taking to another representative, she states that she would issue a refund for the full amount. I questioned why it had not already been done as told on the 11th.
I asked why they could not go back to the recording in the 11th, if they record as they say they do, to verify what the gentleman told me. This woman hung up on me! I called back and they tried to justify the hang up which I told her I have been in customer service for years and a hang up is a hang up.
I just hope they do not treat other customers like this and it just do not get reported. I just want my refund as promised.
