I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find it to incorrectly try to shift blame to me The written response did not address the primary part of the complaint: reimbursement of payments made by me and by my insurance The one accurate part was they did finally call me I have now received reimbursement for my over payment They made no offer to adjust for their lateness or poor business practice of not calling me back as promised Since I have been reimbursed, I have no reason to continue the complaint

receivedpayment for the treatment as of yet. He has listed both a primary and secondary insurance on his file,and [redacted], being his secondary, will have no record of the claim being submitted to them until theprimary has processed the claim, and as of today, we have not received anything back from the primaryinsurance.With the recent change in ownership, the insurance companies are in the process of correcting theirdocuments and updating their provider records, and have been slower than usual in responding withinsurance payments, in return, delaying our response time in closing out accounts.We will get in contact with the patient and explain the insurance payment process again, and work tosettle the dispute and any miscommunication.Regards,The Oral Facial Center
