We refunded there two orders (they were placed several weeks apart) and I'm not sure what they are looking for at this point?But they have there money back.

We ordered from them over two weeks ago. Our order still shows processing even though it is in Stock and they have already taken our money out of our bank account. I don't mind slow processing and shipping but when I have called, emailed, social media messaged and even text a company with no response? That's unacceptable. All we want is our item in the mail, is that too much to ask? Horrible customer service.

Review: So I placed an order for swimwear. On their site it says takes 2-4 days to process. I ordered on 4/16/15, it is now 4/27/15. I have emailed them twice and even text the number the provided for texts, and have heard nothing back. I want my order cancelled and for my card not to be charged.
