A reservation was booked by my boyfriend at the time which I had cancelled but they have no record of the cancellationNow they refuse to refund me and my debit card company tellls me I have to handle it with the business

I rented a room there for days a couple months ago and I went back into the business to pay for a reserved room and I was told I could not rent there anymore and they said they had placed a no trespass orderI was never contacted about any issues and if there was why did they continue to rent to me for the days? Also when u check out the housekeeping checks the room so to see if any problemsThere wasn't any because if there was I would have been told and I would have gotten my deposit backAnd the Manager was very rude too me as well

Review: I have been trying to purchase an item from the online shop. When payment terms are given I select from their options, Paypal, and receive an error message. I have emailed customer service twice and called and left two messages with no response. I would like to order this item, but cannot reach anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like to know how to purchase the item I want to order and I want immediate shipping information because I do not completely trust this business to be legitimate.
