Review: The [redacted] of the OG studios cancelled a 2 hour photo session based on an unstated stipulation. We were not informed of all contract terms and the information is not posted anywhere. We booked a two hour slot from 4-6 pm and paid a $30 deposit. When we arrived at 4:30 pm, we were told our two hour session had been canceled because we were 30 minutes late. According to our agreement, the space was to be available for us for the 2 hours and if we were late, we were still required to pay for the two hours. It was never mentioned that our session would be canceled.Desired Settlement: I would like our deposit refunded because our deposit did not serve its purpose of holding the space for two hours.
