We will be happy to assist him if he can let us know why his number (if he indeed own the number) ended up in The Office Phone LLC directlyWe are a reseller and do not host any of our crscrs are either with the

*** *** is neither our vendor or customer - we do not have record of him in our bank account paying over $( please ask him to provide proof)
We are not sure why his number is co-mingled with The Office Phone LLC and why we are paying for his phone number(The agreement he provided is not sign by any of our officer or employee - see attached)
When he provided the port request documentation - it was not sign by any of our officers or employees - We do not know who *** *** is and we ask him about it but instead of replying - he has been hurling insults
We are not sure why our office address is listed as his address and he is unable to provide an explanation( see attached our lease agreement and port request)
We suspect it was done by an ex-officer of our officer - *** *** but the documentations he has provided does not have his name on itWe will assist him with the port back if he has a letter from *** *** telling us what happen
