Thank you for your communications with me You deserve good value for your money Let's review what you have received work and see if there's a better option or make some type of resolution On 8/30/hrs worked sanding and mudding of walls and ceilings, install of cabinets and paint Work done 8/31/total hrs @ $25hr and rental fee $50=$(job was splitting of wood rounds) the work done on 8/30/hrs @ $(finish interior work) for the service issued complaint ( [redacted] ) was discussed and made clear, job would get done correctly for customer After completing job on 8/31/customer terminated my services I feel I could have made effort to resolve their unhappiness of quality of work but was attacked, blindsided and unrealistically accused of items I DID NOT take The stove outlet cover was only thing was left incomplete as it was off from my inspection and oversight of realm of service I could supply to the customer The outlet screw was taken out to see the wiring of it if it was or and simply I apologize for not putting screw to stove outlet back together For the aforementioned, of the work I did that was unsatisfactory by customer standards, I did not bill or charge the 6hr@$= $and I'm sorry to hear the cost to at $1200, for a outlet I had opened to verify the scope of the job of which I communicated I could not do, seems a bit steep the jobsite, when I left was not damaged nor the dissatisfied customers remaining work does not seem reliable nor fair cost Please do elaborate on what I had left damaged and "crappy" work that needed $to "fix this mess"?? The owner of the company is myself and no one else should be accountable Its to best knowledge oneself than go run and hope resolution will be made, good day Nathan M
Thank you for your communications with me. You deserve good value for your money. Let's review what you have received work and see if there's a better option or make some type of resolution.
On 8/30/2015 6 hrs worked sanding and mudding of walls and ceilings, install of cabinets...
and paint. Work done 8/31/2015 total 6 hrs @ $25hr and rental fee $50=$200 (job was splitting of wood rounds) the work done on 8/30/2015 6 hrs @ $15 (finish interior work) for the service issued complaint ([redacted]) was discussed and made clear, job would get done correctly for customer. After completing job on 8/31/15 customer terminated my services. I feel I could have made effort to resolve their unhappiness of quality of work but was attacked, blindsided and unrealistically accused of items I DID NOT take. The stove outlet cover was only thing was left incomplete as it was off from my inspection and oversight of realm of service I could supply to the customer. The outlet screw was taken out to see the wiring of it if it was 3 or 4 and simply I apologize for not putting screw to stove outlet back together.
For the aforementioned, of the work I did that was unsatisfactory by customer standards, I did not bill or charge the 6hr@$15 = $90 and I'm sorry to hear the cost to at $1200, for a outlet I had opened to verify the scope of the job of which I communicated I could not do, seems a bit steep. the jobsite, when I left was not damaged nor the dissatisfied customers remaining work does not seem reliable nor fair cost. Please do elaborate on what I had left damaged and "crappy" work that needed $1200 to "fix this mess"??
