I paid $deposit for an aptapplication I was denied for no specific reason, but has not gotten my refund back as promised, if denied
I applied for an apartment I was told was available to move in for June 2018--after I paid $for a background check that included for my husband & myselfI was told I could continue the application process requiring $to hold the apartmentI clearly explained to this management company I was relocating from NY to OrlandoI was told the application required an appointment in person & I was given a dateBeing that I was approved I traveled with my husband & two children for the face to face interview in which I was told was missing only two pcs documents (my kids sscards & a child support letter I provided from NY State Child support website to finish the applicationI sent them an email with a picture of the documents, which they said was not acceptableI then provided the sscard receipt from the social security office in Orlan
