I purchased a car that was labeled as "no mechanical issues" on July 27th During the first couple weeks I noticed the car had more problemsOn top of that I waited weeks for them to mail out the corrected contract documents,title/registrationAs the original I received had typos and my name spelled incorrectlyThis wasn't until after we had called multiple times and left several voice mailsI requested a refund of my $1,three weeks in of still not recieving the paperwork and titleHowever I did receive a temporary tag in the mail just before the original tag the car came with had expiredCalls left unanswered I had to drive back up there to speak to someone regarding the refund I requestedCarlos agreed to the refund but did have me wait until Monday to verify the status of the title firstCarlos texted Sunday night denying me of my refund and said the title is at their office for me to pick upThe reasoning behind no refund was because I already owned the car for
