Review: [redacted] and company name is The Northwest Capital Builders, Inc. Address I have is [redacted], MD [redacted]. [redacted] was contracted to do general contracting work in the Washington DC & Baltimore area's and in both deals he failed to produce building permits. The building permits were requested once the contracted work that was scheduled to be completed was not. [redacted] has also been advanced $20,000 for business expenses that will have to be recovered through courts and all other avenues available to recover the loss of doing business with this individual and or his company.We have since tried to identify his contractors license and have not been able to locate one. Once the deals started to prove to be unproductive all calls and requested information for work permits have gone unanswered. The way the company has demonstrated its capability to deal with work related problems and issues is to simply hide and avoid contact.Desired Settlement: I would like the $20,000.00 repaid and the work permits that he claims he has and has never produced.
