The Noize Faktory Academy

This academy is terrible, they constantly are canceling session, instructor never show and they hardly ever get back to you if you text or email them. On top of that, they refuse to refund you even though they failed to hold up there end of the bargain.

My son signed up for the master audio engineering program and paid $4600 upfront in December 2018. He was booked for several sessions with producers only to have them cancelled at the last minute and rescheduled only to be cancelled again. He had scheduled sessions requiring travel time in Etobicoke and downtown Toronto and when he showed up the doors would be locked and no one was there. No phone call. No email. No text. No communication. No respect. Tried the number on the website many times and all you get is a busy signal. Now we are out of pockets thousands of dollars for services not rendered. And no certification. Completely disappointed and disgusted by this company and how it deals with paying students. Will be requesting full compensation from this *** school.
