This is really strange, I did not ever receive a notification from the Revdex.com that the complaint had been responded to, or to ask me to respond to the response...and then, poof, like that, the issue has been closed This is the only notification I have received from the Revdex.com since placing the complaint The business shows a receipt, but there is no proof that refund went anywhere...I have still not received that receipt...which wouldn’t do me any good since I also never received the refund...or a credit to my debit card I remain, completely dissatisfied
