Review: I purchased Skazz Voltage #PV83C, Size 9W, shoes on 12/*/13, the price was $40.00 plus $9.00 shipping. I made this purchase online and received them on or about 12/**/13. I used my VISA card for payment online and my Invoice # was [redacted]. When they arrived there was a split in the leather on the toe of the right shoe. I e-mailed customer service on 12/**/13 about the defect and asked about the address to return them to for a refund. I received an e-mail on 12/**/13 telling me to send them to a NC address ([redacted]) and they would give me a refund if I requested it on the return form, which I did. I mailed them back on 12/**/13 and have my USPS receipt (and paid $6.15). I e-mailed them on 1/**/14 and inquired if they had received them and asking when I would receive my refund. I did not receive a response. I called 2/*/14 and the person I spoke to said they would process the refund. I received nothing. I called on 4/**/14 and left a message and no one returned my call. I called on 5/*/14 and the woman I spoke to said she would take care of the refund right away, asked me for my VISA card number, and said I would see the credit on my VISA card in a few days. Again, I saw nothing. That is the last time I contacted them and decided it was time to write to you.Desired Settlement: I would like a $40.00 refund mailed to my home address.

Review: I ordered a pair of dance shoes on August **, 2014. The shoes that arrived did not match the picture on the website (different style). I contacted customer service to resolve the issue and never heard back so I returned them on 8/**/14 via [redacted]. Package tracking noted that they were received by NY Dance Store in [redacted] (the address on return form) on August **, 2014. On Sept *, 2014, I emailed customer service at [redacted] to inquire about the status of my refund & to update my debit card information (as my previous debit card was lost and replaced). I was told it would take up to 4 weeks to process. Sept *, 2014 - They acknowledged receipt of new account information for refund. I again inquired about status of refund on Oct *, 2014 and was told it was already processed and provided an untraceable confirmation number. I responded the same day that a credit had not yet been issued to my account and requested verification of date and amount of return. I did not get a response so again (Oct **, 2014) inquired as to when I could expect a credit to my account. The next day I received the following response "The refund was done back to your account." It clearly has not been and can provide bank statements to corroborate this.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a check in the amount of $76.99 to cover the full cost of the shoes and the shipping as the wrong shoes were sent despite ordering the corresponding item listed on the website.
