Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The facuet & sink were damaged during installation, the other facuet,&sink (it's a double vanity,,,) have no damageThe crack along the seam of the bathroom wall, the crack in the bedroom - above the door and the gap & hole in the wall at the windowsill are due to workmanship issues( These items weren't addressed by Mr C [redacted] in his reply.Mr C [redacted] was here in August took pictures and stated he would talk to the granite companyHe also said he would return to repair cracks in walls.Mr C [redacted] never returned and never calledAs of today he has not responded to any voicemails, emails or texts that I've been sending since August? Over months with no response, I would like to know why he chose to ignore my attempts to speak to him.I will send pictures separately Regards, [redacted]
