North Nelson Water District has been very pleased with the service we have received from the Neil Group as the credit/debit card processing for our utility. The customer is very happy to pay the small fee versus having a late fee or reconnect fee to pay. We appreciate the small fee this does not discourage the customer from using cards and paying online or over the phone. Very profession service. My company recently switch our credit card processing over to The Neil Group. We are a public utility and The Neil Group came highly recommended to us as we were looking for other options on Credit Card processing, specifically switching over to a no convenience fee for our customers policy. With one call I was put in touch with [redacted] and the ball was immediately rolling. The Neil Group has been providing payment processing services and support for the Association since 2012. The design of the payment processing portal incorporates nicely into our web site design and is very user friendly for our customers. The Neil Group makes offering this payment option to our customers worry free for our staff. Furthermore, the reporting and accounting aspects of accepting this form of payment are user friendly for our office staff and easey to troubleshoot. In the event that assistance is needed, The Neil Group is very prompt and very courteous as our issue or inquiry is addressed. The Association will continue to look to The Neil Group to meet our payment processing needs and would highly recommend their services based on our experiences with the company thus far.
