The Nail Gallery and Spa

I was a student at this business to learn gel nails . I wasn't taught everything that was advertised , and was treated poorly . It was supposed to take 2-4 weeks after exam day (December 10th 2017) to get results plus the rest of supplies that I paid for . It has been 22 weeks and I still haven't gotten my results or supplies I paid for . I have contacted them numerous times and I have been told they will contact me on a set date , yet they fail to do so.

I took my nail technician course from this place. The short story is they have not provided me with some supplies or a replacement for my faulty electric file for 7 months, and each time I contact them I get nowhere.
Today I finally contacted them and told them I expeted my money back for the efile so I can buy a proper one for my business. I also stated that I will return the awful loaner file thay gave me, and when the replacement file finally does come in then they can keep it for another student.
WHen I go to check the message me, I see that she has blocked me so I cannot contact her. Curious, I go to google them, and I find out that they have deleted their business website. Now, I have no way to contact anyone, and I am stuck with a faulty, improper and broken loaner file, so I cannot have the proper materials to use for my nail business. I am now going to have to spend at least $500 to replace this file, which I shouldn't have to do since it was supposed to be provided through the course, which I had paid for.
