customer that once the doors to the storage pod were closed and we left the site, our responsibility endedWe made sure the customer was aware of that before she consented to having us do the work, and she signed our contractbefore and after the jobstating that she understood and agreed to our terms and conditionsA copy of that signed contract is available
That having been said, we do sympathize with the customerSo, without admitting any responsibility, in the interests of respecting our customer's concerns, we will send her a check in the amount she requested
