Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: He is lying, First of all its not bike to adjust the handle bars without my permission. When I walked in *** had tools out working on the bike , the crash bar was loosethe foot pegs were loose. I have washed the bike with soap and water many times , also I have brought the bike to the car wash and used high pressure on it, NEVER had a problemIts obvious that he wiped it down with lacquer thinner ,I saw it and smelled itI auto painted for years, I know what I am talking aboutI sat on the bike and noticed the crash bar being bent and I promise you I know it wasn't bent or loose when I brought it inI looked at the mileage and it was about miles that was put on the bikeI did not get upset with ***, I asked him about it and he got upset, so upset that I called the police, and He also lied about leaving earlyIf you like there were Beaumont police officers that witnessed his behaviorAll agreed that Mr*** has some mental issuesThe police officers told me not to go back up there , when *** refused to give me the bike the first day by myself the next dayThe police told me to call them first before I arrived SaturdayMy wife has a friend that she spoke with at work about the incident, the man is friends with Mr***, he said that it's sad that he has the beginning stages of Alzheimer and dementia, which was obvious he had some issues when we were thereI also spoke with a man that has heard the same thingIt's sad I like Mr*** and considered him a friendI had called my insurance company and made a claim on the bike, the adjuster saw what a mess *** made I am really shocked that he did this I also heard that another gentleman had the same thing happen , except *** sold his bike and tried to keep the money Also heard that his employees are taking advantage of him I don't really know what else to say
Sincerely,

Complaint: 11951821
I am rejecting this response because: Time is up, pay up. He had the money when he sold my motorcycle in October 2016. No more excuses.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
[redacted] just called me and wanted me to rewrite my complaint. He said I lied and wanted to give me a chance to tell the truth. This man has no morals and is only out to save himself.
To Whom it may Concern,The 2007 Harley Davidson Street Glide belonging to Mr. [redacted] is the most popular model of motorcycle sold in the USA and has been every quarter for the last four years. If it had been a nice example of Street Glides it would have sold quickly, but it had some features that...
made it difficult to sell. The paint is what H-D calls blue suede. It is not a very appealing paint for a Street Glide. The machine was pin stripped in a pattern that was not appealing to the motorcycle plus whomever did it applied the paint without prepping the base paint so it didn't stick well. Every time I cleaned it, part of the stripping came off. The handlebars had at least a 16-inch rise so it made it nearly impossible for an average size person to ride it. Due to the Street Glide's popularity a lot of people expressed interest in it but when they saw it and tried to ride it they were turned off. Also, when Mr. [redacted] checked the mileage and found that 108 miles had been put on it, he got very upset. These miles only represent 11 test rides and is a small distance for the number of customers that rode it. Mr. [redacted] indicated I left early the day he said he was going to pick up the motorcycle. This statement is not true. I have never closed a store before closing time. The day he did come I had to wait 1.5 hours after closing time for him to arrive. I cut my commission by 50% to try to sell the machine for him. The damage he is talking about to the motorcycle is a bent safety bar. I had lived with the machine four months every day and had not noticed it being bent. Mr. [redacted] noticed it in 5 minutes after he arrived. I wonder if it was like that when he brought it in. It makes no difference because I can fix it in 5 minutes. The stickers he mentioned were all price and description stickers. If they damaged the paint he needs to speak with the manufacturer of the stickers. I always wiped the Street Glide with water not lacquer thinner. Mr. [redacted] did call the police that evening because I told him that if he removed the machine I wouldn't fix it for fear it would sustain more damage. The next morning when I came to work there were two more police officers present with Mr. [redacted] and he took the machine and I told him I would not fix it and he told me he would see me in court. Warm regards,The Motorcycle Man[redacted]
