To Start Off, I Went To This Used Car Dealership To Purchase A 07 Toyota Yaris. They Told Us The Car Was Fine It Had No Problems Its A Perfectly Working Car And If I Had Problems They Would Take Care Of It For No Money Because We Bought The Car Cash No Payments. So 1 Day Later The Check Engine Light Come On And I Take It Back And They Tell Me Nothing Wrong That's Normal Keep Driving Everything Would Be Fine, They'llHave A Mechanic Look At It. So Sunday Night The Car Completely Broke Down On Us Before We Can Make It To Tuesday Of (12.10.19), The Day Prior We Got A Diagnostic It Said The Purge Valve. After We Broke Down My Boyfriend And I Caught A Uber To Autozone And Bought A Purge Valve For $100 Thinking That Was The Problem, But No The Car Still Wouldn't Start!!!! So After Sleeping In The Car Overnight So My Car Wont Get Towed, I Go To Them In The Afternoon Tell Them What Happened. They Tried To Twist Everything Around Playing Mind Games As If I Was The Cause Of It. So After Sending His Mechanic To Try To Start The Car They Got It Towed To Their Shop Yesterday. Again I Asked Would We Have To Pay He Said No Its On Them. So Today I Get A Calling Saying My Car Is Ready But I Have To Pay Another $100!!!! He Told Me The Part He Charged In The Car Was $30 And Plus $70 For The Tow, Again I Asked Would I Have To Pay He Said No. So I Put My Boyfriend On The Phone And He Tells Him "Oh Its For The Tow People Fee To Get My NEW CARD FROM!! Then,Threatened To Put The Old Part Back In The Car And Let Us Deal With The Problem,After Hung Up In Our Face. These People Are A Scam Look Them Up On Google No Good Reviews And I Messed Up For Not Doing My Research First.
WE DID NOT CHARGE THE CUSTOMER AND THERE CAR GOT FIXED, CUSTOMER DID NOT PAY NOTHING OUT OF POCKET.
I purchased a 2007 xterra 3/2019 from the motor center. However this truck is frequently breaking down ( every other week). Recently I was instructed by the employees at the motor center and also by the owner to tow my xterra to the motor center being that as I was driving to work the truck stalled whiling operating the truck for the current repair. And as of today my xterra has been diagnosed with 5-6 different issues within the week it was towed there however to no avail. M
This Customer purchased the Vehicle As Is no warranty. (I will attach Buyers guide signed by customer). Out of good faith we tried to help the customer by sending her vehicle to a Mechanic which she has failed to call back, so that they can give her the diagnostic. I will also attach a copy of the invoice given to us by the shop where the vehicle currently is.
