His first complaint is about the buyer walk, which is always held just before settlementAt this walk defects are pointed out and listed on a "punch list" [redacted] purchased a model home, which was used and sold in "as is" conditionThe only work included in the sale, where minor paint and caulk touch up'sA punch list was compiled and [redacted] signed acknowledging the items on the listThe punch list is then copied and distributed along with other closing documents to all parties involvedAt no time would we have refused to give him a copyAs of today, all items that we agreed to correct are complete.The second item in his complaint is a water leak, which happened on the floor above his master bathThe leak was repaired in the unit above and the damage in [redacted] unit was repairedThe master bath shower light was replaced with a new fixtureAt this point is where the ball was droppedAll the drywall touch up was complete but scheduling the painter to do touch up work fell through the crackWe have since sent the painter to his unit and [redacted] said he was getting the whole unit repainted.As to him not receiving the Deed to his unit, this is a T [redacted] Sometimes it takes a few months for this document to get back to the homebuyer.In closing the Moser Group feels that we could have done better with the paint touch up as it pertains to the shower leak [redacted] still has a warranty period which The Moser Group still stands behind
