We live in the Lee Oaks area directly behind [redacted]. The carrier for this area has to be the most incompetent carrier in Montgomery. Weekends are her worst times for not being able to get out of bed and do her job. We average missing 1 to 2 papers a month and call circulation each time, to no avail. She's still on the job, why, I don't know. Customer service seems to be non-priority to the Advertiser.
