Hello [redacted] ***, This tenant moved in to the unit after we clearly notified him that the unit was not ready "I am willing to move in the aptand take it as is as long as the repairs are done in a timely manner" he stated, "I have no where else to go and a hotel room would be too expensive" Reluctantly we agreed to allow him to move in and promised to have everything done within a reasonable time Within approx2-days after moving he calls code compliance as well as notice Revdex.com that his apthas issues We offered to him a choice between leaving and getting whatever monies he is entitled to or staying and signing the lease which had not been done prior to him placing this compliant He agreed to stay and signed the lease and all the repairs have been done to his satisfactionSincerely, [redacted] ***/Landlord
