TERRIBLE, They will steal your money and either provide you with incorrect items or none at all.
I ordered these on June 25th. I received 2 out of the 35 shirts I bought. They said they were shipping UPS right away but never did even provided me a fake tracking number that shipped to them. Then when I asked over and over she said no matter what she would have to me by July 21st and that she would overnight them to me. I still never received them. A new boss took charge sent me one package that has been lost in the mail and was shipped on 7/20 (only had a few t shirts). Then she said she sent me another shirt in the mail. When I received them on 7/30 I was still missing 2 of that style. The image on the shirt was a copied image they stole from another image and pixelated and had black specs all over the image. Then they were also the incorrect color shirt as well. The image looked nothing like what I ordered. When I spoke to her on the phone she said that was unacceptable and she would have them fixed and sent out ASAP. that is the last time she has provided me any information. She is now no longer answering my calls or texts. This is a scam company taking peoples money and providing them terrible quality items or no items at all. I have also advertised these products to my customers and now they are at a loss. This company needs to be held accountable for messing with people their money and their time like this. I have gotten in touch with 10 other ladies that they have taken over $500 and not responded to them in months. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
They spend so much time on their social medias removing comments. I have been blocked on many accounts Threads by MB VIP Group, Threads by MB. The ones I still have access to they have removed my ability to comment or react.

This company is absolutely terrible and I would not recommend anyone become a distributor for these people!! I became a distributor for them so I could make some extra money since I had just had a baby and was about to start school again... If anything I had lost more money than anything!! I have SEVERAL items that I still have not received that I ordered MONTHS AGO!!

Items were ordered online & were never delivered. The refused to send tracking. They refused to issue refunds. Or send the items that were ordered.
I placed orders in June 7th, July 1st, July 17th & August 8th. I messaged and called multiple times asking for status updates & tracking. I was told that my June order had to be remade a few times. I was told that my July 17th order was lost. I did have 1 order from June 28th that was delivered. It was not correct, but it was delivered. I was told at the end of Aug that it was shipped with that order. This is a lie. I was told over the phone on 9/5 that my orders had all shipped & they would remake the lost order & ship it out that week. They promised to send me tracking the next week but never did. On 9/20, the owner, Jessica, told me in email (when I asked them to refund all of my orders) that they had all shipped out. I have asked multiple times since then for tracking. I still have not received any tracking or any deliveries. Typically shipping from GA to NC is 2-3 business days. It has been over a month since I was 1st told that my orders had shipped.

Desired Outcome

I want them to make the items that were ordered and ship them as ordered.

The only ordered that was refunded by the Monogrammed Burlap, was an order placed on August 15 for $3.00. This order was not even listed in my complaint. I have filed disputes with my credit cards for the remainder of these orders. These disputes are not closed. If the company would issue the refunds as they claim they have done, this would not be an issue. As stated, please refund my money.

ordered something 2 weeks ago and have been getting the run around from this place. I can't find any business info on them not at the Revdex.com or at the secretary of state business lookup. I feel like I've been scammed. My original order was on Jan 29th for 3 business shirts and a hat. I was told 5-7 business days to receive. I called on Day 7 and they said "well ship out tomorrow". I told them I hadn't received the final proof approval that I was promised before printing and was told they'd send it over in 5 minutes. An hour later I had nothing so I called back and they wouldn't answer. then about 10 min later I got an email with a design proof that was so far off from the design and logo I sent them that it seemed they had just thrown something together at the last minute. I told her what was wrong with the shirt and she said ok, let me work on it and get another proof sent over to you tonight. I never heard from them for another 24 hours, so I called and they wont answer. then I get an email Friday afternoon saying here is your tracking number. I responded that I hadn't received a final proof for them to even print yet. She said "oh well I used the file you sent so it should be fine" . I said "no, after the last picture that wasn't even close to resembling the design I sent you I needed to approve the design before you print" then she said well if it isn't right we'll start over. It is now Monday and *** hasn't gotten my package that she allegedly dropped off at the post office. I've tried to call them but they wont answer my calls or messages. I occasionally get a message from the *** person saying " I haven't forgot about you" etc. But no answers on my order. I was informed that my order was shipped on Friday, but the tracking number they provided just says that the package has been created in the system and not yet taken to *** Which seems a lot like they are making it seem like they shipped something and haven't. They have been giving me the run around and not fulfilling my order and being evasive. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and they wont respond to me. This place should not be in business.

The resolution is that everyone needs to know about this business so they don't go through what I've gone through with this place and this business needs to be held accountable!
