To Whom It May Concern: I am responding to complaint ** *** *egarding the booking of a reservation for 1/5/at The Mohicans. Our cancellation/refund policy is on The Mohicans website on the same page that directs customers to our booking engine where they can complete the booking
process. I am sorry that our guest did not review our policy prior to booking. We did offer the customer the opportunity to rebook the reservation for a different date if the original date of his reservation was rebooked by another customer. The guest booked the reservation on 12/21/and we opened up the date for a possible rebooking on 12/23/once the guest notified us of the need to cancel. We have had thousands of bookings over the years and we have had no other customer indicate that they were not aware of our policy prior to booking a reservation.
