Purchased an ebanger at themininail.com. Didn't meet expectations. Spoke with Blake Diamond in customer service and he issued me a *** so the item could be returned and I could be refunded. This was on December 12.
Instead of being refunded I was sent a replacement #*** on January 13. I had to try several to get in contact with customer service. I did get in contact with Blake who on January 22nd issued me a USPS return label tracking #***
The Item tracking # shows it was returned on Feb 13th. I have not received a refund and I can not get in contact with their customer service. I have had to file a claim with the bank over this matter as well.
