The menu misrepresented, lied and tricked me into a year non cancel contractI was promised magazine ads, pages in Chuy's and one full page in a medical magazine that was suppose to be at Walmart I read my contract and it only had one place, even though my rep promised me I have been to Chuy's 10-time since my ad has ran, I have yet to see my ad displayed I call the Menu, they gave me an extra months, but my ad is still not on display every time I go there The funny this is there is about other magazine ads displayed there I called to cancel, they tell me that there is no refund I will never use this company ever again, even if it is free
I too was duped by Brad [redacted] of The Menu. He cold called me, talked about my competition and that it was her or me that was going to get the ad for his magazine. He used scare tactics with me. I was a new company and didn't know better. He verbally told me my ad would be in 2 restaurant menus. He was talking away as I signed the contract. He writes left handed and I could not read his writing. As I look at it now, it looks like a 2 year old wrote it. I called The Menu to ask why my ad was not in the to go menu at [redacted] in Indian Wells, as Brad told me as I advertising in 2 menus. They said, what does your contract say? Only 1 restaurant was listed. When I went to the restaurant that actually has my ad, I asked for a to go menu. They gave me one that had no ads. What the heck am I paying for when the restaurant is not giving out the menu with ads?
Beware of Brad [redacted] and anyone from The Menu. I wish I would have read these reviews first. I just sent them am email saying I want to advertise more, please call me. We'll see what happens. I would love to have Brad in my office so I can give him a piece of my mind. DO NOT advertise with this company.
The menu misrepresented, lied and tricked me into a 1 year non cancel contract. I was promised 2 magazine ads, 1.5 pages in Chuy's and one full page in a medical magazine that was suppose to be at Walmart.
I read my contract and it only had one place, even though my rep promised me 2.
I have been to Chuy's 10-15 time since my ad has ran, I have yet to see my ad displayed.
I call the Menu, they gave me an extra 2 months, but my ad is still not on display every time I go there.
The funny this is there is about 8 other magazine ads displayed there.
I called to cancel, they tell me that there is no refund.
I will never use this company ever again, even if it is free.
