8/24/19 - TTook 13 pr. mens' jeans to sale. Called her prior to 90 days was up, which was 11/24/2019. (can prove on phone bill), per Kathy - No hurry, the pants will still be here. I told her I would be by on Saturday. I told her per the contract I needed to call to make an appt. to pick unsold items. She says, that is not necessary, that me coming in Saturday would be fine. I went by that Saturday and she was not there. I thought, well maybe she had an emergency, so I let it go. I went back during the week, and no one was there. I have been by there every Saturday since that date and no one is in. She told me on the phone I had funds ready to be picked up for 3 pr. Oncee there was a note on the door that said "Family Emergency, back at 2:00:, but no one ever come back at 2:00. Several weekends other customers left notes on the doors as well. I have called numerous times and the phone will not let me leave a message. I have sent many emails, but gotten no response. Now when I call the phone number I can't get through at all. How to get my merchandise and funds returned to me. The ladies name is Kathy. My acct there is *** she gave me invoice # XXXXXX.

Refund I would like the funds due for the 3 pr of jeans sold, and also the return of any jeans not sold.
I was forced to close my business on January 31, 2020. Prior to that, the store had not been open for a month and a half because I was unable to work. I will be filing for bankruptcy soon. I sent an email to all my consignors on Januar 31st informing everyone of the closing and that I would not be able to pay them their remaining balance. I also told them that the owner of the new consignment store in the same location would be contacting them to arrange for either return or re-consignment of any remaining items. My records show that Ms *** has seven items remaining, and her balance was $35.84.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
For the record, she did not send me an email, nor a reply to any of my emails. I would like to know what email address she sent this notice to, so I can assure the new owners will be able to contact me. I am amazed the you were able to get a timely response for Kathy, but for many weeks, she had not responded to me.
I'm sorry, but I don't have any way to pay Ms.. As I stated previously, I am being forced to declare bankruptcy. An email was sent to ***@yahoo.com on 1/31/2020 stating the reasons I was closing my business and that I would not be able to pay the remaining balances owed to my consignors. This is the email address I was given when she filled out her contract. If it has changed since then, I wasn't notified. I posted on my *** page several days prior that I would be sending emails to all my consignors. I have attached three files: 1) Screen print of Ms. listing on Constant Contact my Email program, 2) The text of the first email sent to my consignors on 1/31/2020, 3) The text of the second email sent to my consignors on 1/31/2020. In the second email, I stated that *** the owner of the new consignment store, would be contacting her in the near future to arrange for either the re-consignment of her remaining items with the new store or an appointment to pick up her remaining items. I am very sorry, but there is nothing else I am able to do.
