for all claims regarding parking for our hotelWe have contracted them to be our designated parking vendor and they lease the parking garage from the MelroseAfter *** *** received and reviewed the claim, their insurance denied the claimAfter evaluation of the facts, we can only conclude that there is no evidence provided to prove without question that liability falls on *** *** or the Melrose Georgetown HotelThere is no indication of negligence on the part of the *** *** employeeTherefore, we respectfully declined the claimIf the guest disagrees with *** ***'s position the guest may subrogate against *** *** *** and a final binding decision will be taken in arbitration.We sincerely hope that this complaint will not reflect negatively on our Revdex.com Reliability Report as we truly did our best to accommodate the guest and conducted an investigation which concluded with no evidence of wrong doing.If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact myself.Regards,
