We have responded to the service call in the past It is still under warranty The amount of cement used on the post is our standard amount We have contactd the customer and will make another service call free of charge as our warranty is still in effect for the year on install It is unfortunate that the customer feels they have been given the run around We take pride in our customer service as well as our installs

Hi Revdex.com,I have spoken with the patient's ex-husband and her daughter There was a misunderstanding with the situation and we will have this resolved after we obtain the necessary information to forward to the insurance company to get the customer's money back from the insurance company Thank you for sending us this complaint so that we can resolve this issue for the customer Sincerely, [redacted] ***, PharmD

Our company called for a mark out and the property was marked for install Our proposal clearly states that we are not responsible for getting permits or for any underground sprinklers systems, pipes or wiringIt is our belief that message was delivered to the customer complaint with the phone call that was made

We hired Chris M [redacted] as a contractor on our sq ft additionNot only did he drag the project past the proposed finish date but he asked for the whole budget of $100,after only completing a quarter of the jobAfter half the job was completed he asked for $30,moreWe said we would give it when the job was completedWe then left for ten days and he said the sheetrockers would be close to finish upon our returnWe came home to no progress, no SheetrockHe had cleared all his tools off the property and removed the dumpsterThe next morning he returned my frantic calls saying he needed $40,and this did not include painting and tiling the kitchenHe went around town telling all the sub contractors we had run out of moneyWe were left with an infrared wall, incorrectly framed walls and closets, no heat, no electricity, no exterior steps, no floor....when asked to send receipts of his work he could only produce receipts totaling around $45,materials and subcontractingHe stole $50,and abandoned the project

Have been using this pharmacy for convenience It is a pharmacy with an "attitude" For too long I have been receiving service that is marginal and served up with the attitude that they were doing me a favorI will find another pharmacy

Review: my grandmother has been having problems with this pharmacy now for about three months. she is a heart patient who needs her medications to keep her comfortable. my grandmother takes [redacted] and [redacted]. these are the two medications we have problems with every time we go to the pharmacy. they told my grandfather that the medications would be tared in a few days so when I called them to ask if the ta had been approved the lady told me that they don't tar those two medications I then told her that they do because I went through the same problems last time with the same medications she then got upset and hung up the phone so I called back to speak with a manager about it the manager then told me that they would not refund my grandmothers money for the two medications because they were delivered to early I asked why they were delivered early and she hung up on me . the pharmacy should have never delivered the medications to my grandmother early they should have waited until the day she was supposed to have them they basically took money from from her and lied about it being tared in a few days my grandmother is low income and really cant afford her money that she counted on getting back to just be taken away from her like that I have all receipts for her medications and just want this to end I am tired of always having to go through a struggle to get my grandmothers medications for her I plan on switching pharmacy's and letting everyone I know about my experience at there business it was very unprofessional of them to hang up on me twice also when we looked at my grandmothers pills she is supposed to get 120 of them and only got 106 so 14 of them were missing we don't care about the missing pills because we cant prove they did it but we want her money for what she paid for and was promised back to her after a tar was approved thank youDesired Settlement: just want what she paid for and was promised to get back after tars were approved ... amount is $104.00 I have all receipts to prove this is what was paid by my grandmother
