collected $5,000 retainer plus an additional $5,000 "to prepare for trial" and did not work on my case until the night before, which consisted of trying to settle in the 11th hour because he was unprepared. I was forced to settle due to his lack of preparation and professionalism. The $5,000 used to prepare for trial (the we did not go to) along with other used monies has not been returned. I have emailed over 15 times over the last 3 weeks with no response and have left 10 voice messages with no response. Also forced to go to the Bar Association and Attorney General.
