I purchased two adult twin beds years ago and the box spring and mattresses are worn out and squeakingI contacted the manager at the east side store on Trawood who send two men to check the bedsWhen we contacted the manger for results, they gave me the round-around and will not honor the warrantyNot even a call back from the store managerVery bad service please do not believe when they tell you about any warrantyIt is not true
