We have been in contact with the customer (*** ***) since after the purchase delivery on 3-4-when he reported the issue with his futon frame armWe let him know that the replacement arm to the futon model he had purchased was back ordered but that he could re-select an upgraded model at
no additional charge and that we would re-deliver it; but he refused and never came back to choose a new oneWe have been in contact with him again recently and let him know that we have now received his replacement futon arm and we scheduled it with him to be delivered and installed on his futon, for Friday May 13th,

WELL they never call me in regards for this matter, they never said that the part was back order all they toll us was that we would have the new part in one week after delivery day, we had called them to see what was going on with it spoke with the manager and he said that that part did not affect the way the futon function, so almost 3 months has passed and they just call us to let us know that they have the part and we do not need it any more wi PAID for something new we could not wait for them to have the part available we dispute the charge with our bank got the money back and we bought a new one some were else I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
