My name is [redacted], and I purchased a turn-key cleaning Buisness from Jim Zimmerman back in Feb, 2012. I went to Arizona for a week of factory training from [redacted], and many other very helpful people. Great accommodation. A week you will never forget. I returned to California and started my own cleaning company. I have 2 major points to make:
#1. I trust everybody at the The Master Touch. They have supported me from day one. No pressure selling. Lots of knowledge and information.
#2. I love all my equipment that makes me money every week. So far very little has happened. If any thing goes wrong they ship a new part right out. No questions asked. I have been working with the Masters Touch for over 2 1/2 years now. I couldn't ask for a better support teem.
