This place is excellent. I am the marketing manager for a prominent [redacted] non profit that recently rebranded and hosts 15-20 events each year. We needed to print thousands of brochures, envelopes, event invitations, and more in a short period of time. Everything shipped incredibly fast and came out well.
What sets this place apart from the many other printers I have used is the good communication between their sales team and their production team. If I talk to a sales rep and give a specification, they communicate it directly to the tech team and let us know if something technical will impact the final product. Also, their website is really user friendly for a small business. I was able to submit artwork for remittance envelopes online, and someone called me right away after I placed the order to follow-up and make sure the specifications were correct. I can also do all proof approval online for free.
Their pricing is very competitive from what I have seen, even compared to our [redacted] business account.
The one time I was not happy with a print job, they took full responsibility and reprinted the job for free. I will definitely continue to print with them and recommend them.
