His balance due to the community is $516.42, so I am not sure where he has come up with the $3300.00 amount. I have tried to work with [redacted] on numerous occasions but he has been very difficult with me and my staff. We ceased communication with him after his last email to me stating we was contacting his attorney. Our policy is at that point to wait to hear from the attorney, which we never did.
