Greeting thanks for speaking with me on complaint # *** I spoke with the father who shipped the chair told him that I had been waiting on the insurance company for paymentHe insured the chair for three hundred dollarsI could refund him the shipping plus the three hundred dollars for the chair, the only thing not refundable would be the packing and the insurance cost.Insurance company's do not refund the money you pay for insurance.I sent him a check on 08/16/for $,three hundred for the insured piece and $for the cost of shipping.I believe this is resolved at this point.*** ** ***The Mailing Center Inc*** *** *** , Maine ***www.mailingctr.com

The customer is right about the complaint and I have been trying to work through the insurance company first the change under writes and lost my paper work. Then after waiting they sent me a letter saying no one sighed for the package. My argument was it was a repair not lost.After several weeks of...

going back and forth I believe we have under control now. I have spoken with the Shipper and I have sent a check to the receiver Mr [redacted] for the repair and the cost of shipping.
