The Mad Claw

I purchased an order of king crab and Dungeness crab and both were severely overcooked. On top of being over cooked I got sick from the food and was throwing up and had diarrhea all night and the next day. I called the next day as I ordered the previous order late at night and I was not able to call as they had closed. When I did call the next day the manager was not in so I was advised to call the next day. I did and the manager offered a credit to come back and said that the owner doesn’t do refunds. She said she would talk to the owner about it because of what happened. When I got back in touch with the manager on the next day she informed me that since I didn’t go to the er for being sick there’s nothing she can do about that and as for the overcooked crab, it isn’t her problem. She actually said that the manager was not allowed to offer me credit to go back or get a refund on the crab because it wasn’t her problem it was overcooked. They are selling bad and over cooked crab to customers and saying it isn’t their issue. It is directly their issue and their responsibility to make it right and they are not willing to do it even though it made me ill. On top of this isn’t it illegal to offer something to a customer and then take it back and say you can’t have it anymore? That is exactly what the owner did when the manager had already offered me credit then told her she wasn’t allowed to offer it to me.
