The Luxury Label

In Spring of *** my daughter, who lives in *** TN took 2 pairs of sacks to Private Label for resale. Sometime between Spring and August 1 Pair sold. Not hearing from the store I called in August and learned of the sale and was told that it takes 2 months for checks to be issued. They would send a check in October 2017. October came and no check. Was visiting in Nashville at Thanksgiving and stopped by store, which was being held open by gentleman, who informed me that the owner had been very ill. He looked up the slack sale and said he would check on it and let me know when I might expect a check. Never heard from him. Holidays came and didn't think about it. On *** 9, 2018 I called Private Label and spoke with owner Betsy who stated that she would send a check and the slacks, that had been missing, on Thursday, January 11. As of yet I have neither. I called on January 15 left a message on answering machine and still no return call or check and slacks.
