Review: This product is worthless. It doesn't work. No sound from the "speaker" that you insert in the stuffed animal.

Dizi the Dog stuffed animal with a MP3 player and a speaker you insert into the toy. The speaker doesn't work. Nothing came with the toy to contact them and sending them a message to the website goes unanswered.Desired Settlement: I really wanted this toy for my grandson and he likes the toy itself, however I bought it for trips and sleepovers to entertain and soothe him. But It doesn't work. After all the time I had to wait and the hoops I had to jump thru to get the item after the GMA offer I am thouroughly disgusted with this company.

I just want my money back

Review: Placed an order in April 2013. Today is January 30, 2014. Still no product no refund.

I ordered from this company when they were featured on Good Morning America in April of 2013. I was in contact via email for 6 months inquiring about my order. I was assured the product was being made and would ship soon. After more than six months passed, I contacted the person who featured the company on GMA, to let her know what was happening to me, and perhaps others. She contacted the owner of the company, and told him to refund my money and send the product. My money was refunded but no product. On October 7, 2013, I received an email form the owner stating the product was indeed ready to ship within 48 hours if I still wanted it. I reordered it, they payment was accepted. Again I waited for the product. I early December I contacted the representative form GMA and attached the email from the company owner from October. She contacted company owner and asked what was going on and he said he would check into it. In January the GMA rep contacted him and told him to refund me and he said he would that same day. It is now January 30 and I still have no refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back, $32.90.
